I would like to say a huge thank you to you for the amazing service you provided following the death of my children’s Dad.  Everything was handled sensitively and thoughtfully by Amy, with all the stress of the arrangements being taken away before we had time to think about them, making a very upsetting time much easier to cope with.  Ours wasn’t an easy funeral either with Amy arranging for our loved one to be brought to Northampton from 150 miles away then on to another town, also 150 miles away, for the service, with everything going seamlessly on the day.  Nothing was too much trouble for which we’re very grateful.

Hopefully we won’t need you again soon, but if we do, you will definitely be our first call!

Thank you Hollowells for arranging the funeral service for my husband John. Everything went like clockwork. We were treated with such care and dignity and it was a beautiful  service in every way  Tracey was so caring and efficient in our first contact and Andrew, the celebrant conducted the service with such dignity and compassion.  Also Ann on the day, she was truly comforting to me.

What can I say, well I think you are all amazing people.  This is the second funeral you have done for my family, the other being Mum’s husband some six years ago.  I honestly can say I felt at ease, albeit distraught at the loss of my mum, but somehow the people involved made us feel calm and able to collate everything.  The surroundings too are beautiful and restful.  Trudi on the reception area was lovely too and very understanding when I lost control one day. She made me feel that it was quite natural rather than making me feel silly. I knew in my heart that you were doing the very best for my Mum; from collecting her from Cumbria to looking after her when she arrived with you.  That was so comforting. I would thoroughly recommend the services you provide to anyone; it was simple; flawless and done with the utmost respect for all concerned.  Just a huge thankyou from all the family for everything.  Words don’t come close.  People should know how great you are.

Everyone at Hollowells, made this very distressing time a little bit easier to take from the moment we spoke to them they look after us without making us feel rushed and there was always someone to speak too if I was not sure about something.

We would like to say thank you for your services. Your staff are compassionate while being efficient. Please thank David and Keith. The funeral was as our father would have wanted taking into account the covid restrictions.

We would like to say a massive thank you  Ann for your kindness, compassion and support for your excellent service arranging Mum’s funeral and the Interment of Mum and Dad’s ashes.
Your level of professionalism was second to none however still keeping that personal touch. Nothing was too much trouble and you guided us through the whole process.
Once again thank you so much from the whole family.

Everything was ideal/perfect including the weather- but that, in particular, was totally due to nature of course!The hearse arrived outside of the house on time with the Banana Leaf Curved Coffin looking lovely with the 2 flower displays safely on top. My sister had pre-arranged and pre-paid a Humanist and green Celebration of her life rather than a conventional funeral and I will be doing the same! Unfortunately we do not live anywhere near Northampton so will have to hope for Funeral Directors as considerate and professional as the team at Hollowells when the time comes. I would recommend you without hesitation.

I would like to thank all concerned for the sympathetic way the above funeral was handled. With particular reference to Ann who was really helpful on our initial visit, trying to accommodate all our needs and Amy who with kindness and support helped us get through the drive to and from the crematorium. 

 I am sorry I was not at home when the orchid arrived but it was greatly appreciated, thank you.

I would like to say when someone passes away, even when older, like my beautiful Mummy you are left with, so many unanswered questions, not really knowing what to do, who to turn too and how to cope. Once we had made the telephone call to Hollowells, they became part of the journey with us and treated us like family. From the initial contact to the end, everyone at Hollowells were so kind, respectful and dignified. You feel like part of a big family, that help you take each day, one step at a time. I would especially like to thank Tracey, who was there for me and supported me throughout this very difficult time. Tracey was always there, to listen to me; she is so kind and in the darkest of times, always knew what to say and how to reassure me. Tracey looked after Mum at The Birches, which gave me great comfort. I would also like to send a heart felt thanks to the celebrant recommended by Hollowells, Mr Andrew Fox, on the day of Mums funeral, he was so kind and dignified. He captured Mums spirt and when talking about her, it was as if he had known her for years. We had the flowers recommended by Hollowells, Tony Jones Florist, absolutely stunning. Everything organised by Hollowells took all of the worry and stress away from us. So, I was able to take my time and reflect. To be able to give my Mum a dignified, respectful and beautiful service, that I know she would have loved.
