The range of Direct Cremation Services are unique to Hollowells.
The range of Direct Cremation Services cannot be combined with any other services offered by Hollowells.
All services are subject to availability.
All upgrades and additional services are chargeable.
Use of the Hollowells Regal Casket is for the duration of the service in the Serenity Suite only.
Flowers are not included.
The time allowance for a service in the Serenity Suite is 45 minutes.
The cremation service at the crematorium will be help on a separate occasion and not immediately after a service in the Serenity Suite.
Hollowells will take no responsibility for music supplied that is not compatible with Hollowells music system.
Hollowells will not take any responsibility for the failure of a service leader to attend.
The maximum number of mourners is 30.
All service must be paid for at the time the service is arranged.
Ashes will be returned to you in a simple cardboard container as supplied by the crematorium.
In the event of a service failure locally other crematoriums may be used at Hollowells discretion.
Size and/or weight constraints of the coffin may mean that this service is unavailable to some. Please discuss with your Funeral Director if you have any concerns. Hollowells reserve the right to cancel a service in the Serenity Suite in these circumstances.
Hollowells will take no responsibility for the suitability of a coffin/casket supplied by a third-party.
Hollowells will take no responsibility for the failure of a third-party to meet its contractual obligations.
If a third-party fails to collect the deceased following a service in the Serenity Suite. Hollowells reserve the right to a apply daily storage charge. This charge will be payable to Hollowells by the client and not the third party.

The Serenity Suite is only available at the following times, subject to availability:
- Monday, Thursday and Friday – 10.00, 12.00, 2.00 and 4.00.
- Wednesday – 2.00 and 4.00.
