Just a message to say the biggest thank you Janene for all you have done for mum and her funeral.

From the first moment we met you your professionalism was filled with so much kindness  it felt like you were a friend.

You also made sure mum looked so beautiful and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for that.  To Mary and Trudy were equally as lovely and anyone who answered any calls. Everyone had time to chat when I came to see mum as I was so distraught and that continues.

I know this is your job, but you made things very easy for me knowing you were on the end of an email or the phone.

Although some parts of the funeral feel like a blur.. it was such a beautiful send off and was very grateful for your presence. I think this is the 6th or 7th family member who you have dealt with and would not hesitate to recommend you.

Hollowell’s have provided the very best care and attention that I could ever have wished for, Chloe was absolutely wonderful and her kindness, advice and help were over and above.
Chloe is truly an asset to you, she helped us every step of the way, and the moment Aunty came into the care of Hollowells my mind was at ease having spoken with Chloe. The entire team went over and above, keeping me updated at all times, nothing was too much trouble and I am truly grateful for making such an upsetting time of my life a much easier and gentler one.

Chloe was lovely and Sue Homer was brilliant. I’d recommend them to anybody. Both knew the way to show me the right path to go down.
