Thank you so very much to everyone who had a part to play in the funeral of Pauline Swan which took place yesterday.

Special thanks to David, who oversaw the proceedings.

Both services went perfectly and were much appreciated by everyone present.

Over the past 24 months unfortunately I have had to arrange three close Family Funerals, Mum, Dad and Sister, this I have never had to do before. Mum and Dad did have a “Funeral Plan” which was arranged with Hollowells years ago. Hollowells/Ann as Funeral Director/Amy who stood in for Ann at my Mum’s Funeral/Keith was amazing helping with Music and Songs/Reception with all my extra questions all helped me going that extra distance with everything I found difficult or any problems or doubts about. Hollowells completely honoured the “Funeral Plan” with no extra costs to the Family.

My Sisters was a very complicated Funeral to arrange again Hollowells were completely understanding and there for me and my Family every step of the way!

Hollowells continues with support/information after the Funeral.

My Family and I are very grateful to Hollowells for their help during these very difficult times and I

would not hesitate to recommend them!

Paul and his team provided us with a very professional and caring service. Nothing was too much trouble. The whole team supported us throughout this difficult time. They were so compassionate and made what was a very sad time into a wonderful celebration of Mum’s life.  Thank you.

I would like to thank you for the service I received and I would particularly like to thank Amy Gooding for her customer service throughout this emotional time. I could not have received better support. Having said that, the Hollowells’ staff on the day did an amazing job. Please extend my thanks to them all.

Also to the kind man who arranged for me to view my Uncle before the funeral and who afterwards, drove me over to Northampton station for my return journey to London, and the kind lady in reception who on the day that I came to view my uncle also made me a welcome cup of coffee afterwards.   And thanks also to Peter Wylie for his Celebrant services before and during the funeral.
