I just wanted to thank Hollowells, and especially you Amy, for the professional service that was provided at Mum’s funeral.  I will also be thanking Andrew for the lovely service but so many people said how well they thought it all went and what a lovely send-off she had.  When we spoke on Tuesday I did mention the effort that Keith and the Design Team went to in order to enhance a photo of very poor quality.  They managed to improve it significantly enough though so that it could appear on the back of the Order of Service so we really appreciate the efforts that the whole team went to.

So, from all of the family, thank you once again.

You are all so very kind, caring and considerate and the attention to detail that you gave did not go unnoticed.  The support that you gave David as pallbearer made his task less daunting and for that I thank you.

It makes for no surprise that Hollowells has been established since 1952 and is one of the leading Funeral Directors in the county.

I think that all your staff were very sensitive (most important), discreet and did a wonderful job. Chloe was the one I liaised with and she was very understanding and efficient as well as easy to communicate with. I commend them all. I do a lot of funeral, although not in your area and not all funeral directors are as efficient as you are.

When my brother John suddenly passed away recently I had no hesitation in turning to Hollowells to organise his funeral. We had used them when both mum and dad died and they provided a first class professional service. I would like to say a big ‘thank you’ to all involved, especially Ann, who talked me through the arrangements, Keith, who produced the order of service, Janine, who took charge on the day, and Trish who delivered a beautiful eulogy (I only wish he could have heard it!).   Many, many thanks to you all.

My family have used Hollowells’ funeral services on a number of occasions since 1996 and we have always been impressed with your company’s professionalism and sensitive approach. Sadly my Mother,Constance, passed away on Jan 25th and once again I have been very pleased with the help given by Hollowells both in organising the funeral / interment of the ashes and support during the bereavement.
