My family have used Hollowells’ funeral services on a number of occasions since 1996 and we have always been impressed with your company’s professionalism and sensitive approach. Sadly my Mother,Constance, passed away on Jan 25th and once again I have been very pleased with the help given by Hollowells both in organising the funeral / interment of the ashes and support during the bereavement. The family and I would like to pay tribute and thank all the staff at Hollowells, for their excellent service. All the family were dealt with in a kind, compassionate, respectful and sympathetic way, with great attention to special requests and details. The funeral was carried out with dignity, and just as John had requested, and the best it could be. In particular the reception staff, and the viewing in the Chapel of Rest, were carried out in a quiet, comforting way, and John looked so peaceful and well looked after, at this sad time.
I certainly would highly recommend Hollowells Funeral Directors to anyone needing their services in the future.

My Dad was laid to rest on 29th June at Northampton Crematorium and it was a great send off, which was made possible by your company, but special mentions must go out to Amy and the services of Eugene the Celebrant. Amy is an asset to your company, nothing was too much bother and she conducted the whole thing seamlessly, at all times being very professional whilst making it very personal to us. Eugene made the celebration of life, a lovely occasion for all my dad’s family and friends and they all commented on what a wonderful send off it was. So please pass on our praise to both Amy and Eugene and thank them both for for making it a day to remember for us all.

Your family firm conducted my husbands funeral in January, I felt I had to drop you a message to congratulate you on your staff, everyone one of them from the ladies on reception, the lad who does the printing, the gentlemen who drove the cars, Helen who conducted Alan’s interment and I am sure there is a few people who work behind the scenes who we do not see need my thanks.
