My first point of contact was Tracey who was very professional and respectful to my needs with regards to my funeral plans and who arranged everything. On the day of the funeral the arrangements were carried out with care and dignity with a beautiful service held at Nene Valley Crematorium.

On behalf of all the family of Robert Neil Tebbutt who was a much loved dad, grandad, great grandad and great great grandad we would like to say a heartfelt thank you for making the day a most perfect one and giving him the send off he thoroughly deserved.
From the first meeting with Anne O’Neill, to Peter Wyllie the celebrant who was recommended by you, Amy who who was with us on the day, the drivers and the pole bearers who help instruct family members on the day how to carry the coffin so they could make the final journey with him I would like to say a big thank you on behalf of the family for making the the whole process more of a celebration of his life rather than the end of it. You helped all of us turn what was a very sad time into the most perfect ending.

As a family we would like to express our sincere thanks to the staff at Hollowells for the care and compassion shown when we lost our mum in January. From the dignity and respect shown from when mum was placed in your care to our final goodbye we have nothing but gratitude for the kindness, compassion and thoughtfulness experienced at a very emotive time. Having lost our dad in May 2022 it is lovely to be able to say that Hollowells cared for our dad in the same way, for which we will always be grateful.In particular we would like to especially mention Chloe – we entrusted her with arranging our dad’s funeral and when it came time to plan for mum the only person we wanted to help us was Chloe because of her professionalism and sincerity. In addition we would also like to mention Trudy and Tracy for always having a friendly face and a hug when it was needed. Losing our parents so close together was hard but Hollowells’personal approach and genuine care made it that little bit easier which we will never forget.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We wanted to say a big “Thank You” from all the family of Tony Cattell for the wonderful send off we were able to give him with your assistance. Your professionalism and respect shown to Dad was perfect. It was a very uplifting experience following Dad’s last few months of illness and just how we wanted to celebrate his life. The Celebrant Jayne Harcock who you recommended was also excellent.

I am extremely grateful to Hollowells for their compassion, efficiency and general professionalism throughout this distressing process. Everyone I dealt with from the receptionist to those who dealt with the service on the day were exemplary. In particular the family and I send our heartfelt thanks to Chloe. From initial contact through to the day of the funeral itself, in all my dealings with her I always had the impression that the client was important and every little detail was important. That meant a lot to us all. I would have no hesitation in mentioning such a positive ( in all the circumstances) experience to anyone else unfortunate to find themselves facing this sad event. In short Hollowells handling of this sad occasion was nothing short of faultless. Given the additional constraints imposed by the pandemic, the performance was admirable. Chloe was lovely and Sue Homer was brilliant. I’d recommend them to anybody. Both knew the way to show me the right path to go down. It was good to have someone taking care of things and always there. It was just what I needed. I’m so glad we did the pre-paid funeral plan for mum. It was so helpful to know what she wanted.
