I would like to thank you on behalf of myself and my brothers for your attentive and sensitive service throughout this very difficult time for our family.  We are most appreciative of the care given by Janene and Dale in particular, but also all members of the team who tended to Dad and our family.

Dear Tracey and the team at Hollowells

I wanted to write to sincerely thank you all for the incredible care, kindness and support you have shown me, not only recently with my Grandad’s funeral but previously with my Grandma as well.

Tracey, I cannot thank you enough personally for everything you did.  Your compassion, patience, reassurance, and warmth helped me more than I can properly put into words during such difficult times. You consistently went above and beyond and knowing I was being supported who truly cared made such a difference.

To the whole team at Hollowell’s, during such a difficult and emotional time, your kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a huge difference to us all.  Everything was handled with such dignity and genuine care.

Even on the day itself, I honestly do not think I could have got through it without the support (particularly Amy)

I would like to say a huge thank you to you for the amazing service you provided following the death of my children’s Dad.  Everything was handled sensitively and thoughtfully by Amy, with all the stress of the arrangements being taken away before we had time to think about them, making a very upsetting time much easier to cope with.  Ours wasn’t an easy funeral either with Amy arranging for our loved one to be brought to Northampton from 150 miles away then on to another town, also 150 miles away, for the service, with everything going seamlessly on the day.  Nothing was too much trouble for which we’re very grateful.

Hopefully we won’t need you again soon, but if we do, you will definitely be our first call!

Thank you so much for everything you did to make yesterday special. Your attention to detail and concern right down to the lovely rose petals for the grave made us feel cared for.

It was a wonderful send off for my mum which she would have loved.

I just wanted to share our  special thanks to you and your team for your professionalism and commitment  in carrying out mums funeral on Thursday.

We were all so pleased how it went and felt comforted by your presence to ensure it all ran smoothly on the day.

When you first came to see us at home I felt your knowledge and kindness was exceptional.

Your advice was so useful and appropriate and enabled us to make the right choices to ensure the day went well.

We all felt that the service we received was so right for mum , the Reverend Swan spoke as though he knew her and the Windmills green burial site was just perfect.

The only sadness was that mum could not see it as she would have loved the flowers and wildlife all around.

Once again I would like to thank you Amy.

You were just so wonderful and I cannot praise you enough Thankyou from Mandy, Brian and Jeanette and all the family.

We cannot thank the team enough for the kindness, compassion and professionalism they showed our family during such a difficult time. From the very beginning, we were met with warmth, patience and genuine care, and guided through everything in a way that made a heart breaking time feel more manageable. A very special thank you to Ann, who went above and beyond. Her kindness, understanding and gentle support meant more than we can say. She took the time to listen, reassure us and ensure everything was just right for our Mumma. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we will always be grateful. Everything was handled with dignity, respect and great attention to detail. It gave us real peace of mind knowing our Mumma was in such caring hands. Thank you for helping us give her the beautiful farewell she deserved.

The family would like to thank everyone at Hollowells funerals for the compassionate, professional and caring way they supported us following the loss of our late mum, Gillian (Peggy} and  the previous cremation of our father Harold (Harry). From the start through to the days of the funerals, every detail was handled efficiently with dignity and sensitivity a special thanks to Janene for overseeing everything and always available to answer questions, indeed as all the staff were. We would recommend “lay reader “Mr Aaron Day for his for his assistance with the service, especially arranging a meeting prior to the funeral to discuss with us the finer details of the service.

I had to drop a line, to say what a kind and professional way, Amy and your team, carried out my wife’s funeral last Tuesday, at Bugbrooke Church.

Right from the first meeting, at your premises, to the day of the funeral, she was a credit to your company.
