We cannot thank the team enough for the kindness, compassion and professionalism they showed our family during such a difficult time. From the very beginning, we were met with warmth, patience and genuine care, and guided through everything in a way that made a heart breaking time feel more manageable. A very special thank you to Ann, who went above and beyond. Her kindness, understanding and gentle support meant more than we can say. She took the time to listen, reassure us and ensure everything was just right for our Mumma. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we will always be grateful. Everything was handled with dignity, respect and great attention to detail. It gave us real peace of mind knowing our Mumma was in such caring hands. Thank you for helping us give her the beautiful farewell she deserved.

The family would like to thank everyone at Hollowells funerals for the compassionate, professional and caring way they supported us following the loss of our late mum, Gillian (Peggy} and  the previous cremation of our father Harold (Harry). From the start through to the days of the funerals, every detail was handled efficiently with dignity and sensitivity a special thanks to Janene for overseeing everything and always available to answer questions, indeed as all the staff were. We would recommend “lay reader “Mr Aaron Day for his for his assistance with the service, especially arranging a meeting prior to the funeral to discuss with us the finer details of the service.

I had to drop a line, to say what a kind and professional way, Amy and your team, carried out my wife’s funeral last Tuesday, at Bugbrooke Church.

Right from the first meeting, at your premises, to the day of the funeral, she was a credit to your company.

Amy and the rest of the team carried us through the entire process with reassurance and grace, allowing us to focus on saying goodbye to our dad. Their service was truly faultless, and we will be forever grateful for everything they did for our family.

Making arrangements at a distance carries a degree of concern that all will be as stated, but Hollowells provided everything and more that we could have asked for.
Everything was extremely well organised and communication was very efficient.  It all helps with not having to worry about anything else other than being there on the day.

 The funeral was conducted beautifully by Kaylie Cullen. Her quiet demeanour and professionalism made the service so special and it enabled us to remember Rose as she would have wished.

 We were recommended to ‘The Secret Garden’ for our floral tribute and they gave us the most glorious arrangement which was exactly what we asked for.

 Thank you once again for your care and attention at this sad time.

Many thanks to Simon and all the staff who organised my husband’s funeral service. Everyone was so kind, sensitive and caring. Nothing was too much trouble. Particular thanks are due to Keith for organising the visual tribute and web cast.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your wonderful staff for all the help they gave myself and my son in making arrangements for my Mothers funeral that took place on the 8th October. Another member of your staff named Ann who took charge on that day was so helpful and guided me through the funeral service. Trish Tidy was  the Celebrant on that day who also did a wonderful service.

 Back in 1999 yourselves took care of my Grandmothers  funeral, and 2000 my Fathers funeral. In both cases your staff did a wonderful job.
