We just wanted to email to say thank you & mention a few of your staff for the support we received regarding my late mum.

 We originally contacted you,  as you had arranged & delivered the funeral for my grandpa in 2006. The first person we spoke with was Angela at your main office & she was so lovely & helpful & has been ongoing. Then we dealt with Tracey at the Brafield Office & we just want to say how professional, efficient & effective she was,  as well has having a lovely calming nature & a real sense that she was completely there to guide us through this very difficult time. She has been amazing , a true asset to your business. Dale was there on the day of the funeral to direct this & again what a lovely person , calm, communicated so well, even meeting with us the day before the funeral to check the route, church & the cemetery.

 Many Thanks for being so supportive to us all , we really appreciate having a local independent business that was able to listen to our wishes & turn those into what we believe was a true celebration of our mums’ life.
