The service we received has been exceptional, in particular from Ann O’Neill, Jane Gower and Jayne Gammage for the follow-up. Everyone is so good including the drivers who on the day were so respectful and kind. They are putting themselves at risk without thinking. That’s very selfless. We are being genuine when we say we really didn’t expect it to be done as well as it was. A lot of the stress was taken from us and the empathy and compassion goes above and beyond.

I wanted to drop you a quick line of appreciation for the professional services and support your team has provided around the funeral of my wife.

Tracey at Brafield started us off well with her business like (which helped me on the day) but clearly caring approach. She guided us well and I felt I could ask her anything, this supportive demeanor helped a lot as we were navigating the other elements of the funeral. Tracey recommended Andrew for our celebrant which was a great choice and a number of friends and family have complemented his tone and delivery. We also felt very comfortable that he was helping us through.

Last but by no means least Janine who was first class on the day. She was clearly very experienced and as a programme manager myself I notice and appreciate when someone is all across the details. Despite this wealth of experience however it was clear we were her priority and I felt supported and well looked after.

I am sure you know you have a great team but I wanted to give you my thanks because they made one of the hardest days of my life a little easier.

On behalf of my family and I regarding my husband Arthurs  funeral. We would like to thank you and your staff for the excellent care we received, everything was arranged so professionally and sensitively. It was a difficult time for us losing a loved one. Special thanks to Tracey who made all the arrangements, her personality is great, she made us feel so comfortable, she was professional, but also a very kind warm person with a sense of humour, which puts you at ease, she bent over backwards to help us get over a little hiccup, she got everything sorted how we wanted. she is an asset to you all. Also a big thank you to the lovely Ann who led the cortege, she was so kind and caring, she linked arms with me on they way to the car, and also when we went in for the service as I was upset, she was very comforting, then waited for me when we came out. also a great asset. Also special thanks to Andrew Fox the celebrant who conducted the service, what a lovely kind man, and as we had chosen how we wanted the service he went along with it with just a few tweaks, he is an asset to his profession.  And a big thank you to the pallbearers and the drivers , they are all so professional. Lastly a big thank you to Simon who did a little ceremony at Piddington cemetery when Arthurs ashes were laid in his final resting place yesterday, thank you Simon. Last of all thankyou for the lovely Orchid that was delivered to me, it is lovely.

We cannot thank Hollowells ,and especially Amy, our Funeral Director enough, for the care and compassion they showed us. 

From the very first moment, we were treated with such warmth, patience, and genuine kindness that we felt supported and understood during one of the most painful times of our lives. 

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every detail was handled with dignity, sensitivity, and respect. Amy and the rest of the team carried us through the entire process with reassurance and grace, allowing us to focus on saying goodbye to our dad. Their service was truly faultless, and we will be forever grateful for everything they did for our family.

We wanted to say a big “Thank You” from all the family of Tony Cattell for the wonderful send off we were able to give him with your assistance.  Your professionalism and respect shown to Dad was perfect. It was a very uplifting experience following Dad’s last few months of illness and just how we wanted to celebrate his life. The Celebrant Jayne Harcock who you recommended was also excellent.

Hollowells have recently provided funeral services following the passing of our mother. We would like to say thank you to the whole of your staff during the whole process. You have all been sensitive, thoughtful and extremely professional throughout from the initial appointment, the viewing, the production of the order of service, everything on the day of the funeral and provision of Mum’s ashes. The funeral went very well and was well organised by Amy and your team particularly with your help with the grandchildren carrying their Nan in. Our Mum would be so happy with how things went. A special thank you for the orchid, the photo and remembrance card. Honestly, we can’t thank you all enough for everything that you’ve done to make things go as smoothly as they have.

Nothing but good words from all the family on how Hollowells have dealt with the deaths of both our parents within 16 months. Not at all pushy they act on the wishes of the family and make a really difficult situation that little bit more bearable.

We would both wish to say a heart felt thanks to all at Hollowells involved in caring for our mother and for providing us with a seamless day yesterday to enable us, the family and friends to say our farewells and to hold a beautiful ceremony at Abington Church and Milton. I say thankyou on behalf of my mum, too, as she had put her trust in you. You delivered on that trust and to Don previously.
I would like to thank you personally for your sensitivity and professionalism from the start and at all stages in our dealings with you. You are a credit to a very difficult profession particularly during these unbearable times. Its hard to take control of a very personal process and to remain virtually invisible at the same time. We needed you there to be honest. Seeing all the flower tributes at Milton reminds us that we are not alone in our pain and sorrow and it is a page of every life that families endure and you face each day. Thank you on behalf of all of those before and in the future.
