I would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to everyone from your Company who was involved in the funeral arrangements for my mum. In particular I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Ann O’Neill. She guided me through the entire process with such kindness, professionalism and efficiency. She and her team were absolutely amazing on the day – it was extremely hot, but they remained outwardly cool (not easy) and professional. They managed to combine professionalism with a human touch and were caring and supportive. I felt confident that my mum was being looked after whilst in your care and I also felt confident that all the necessary arrangements were being taken care of. Ann dealt with everything.
