I wanted to write to express my thanks to you Ann and your staff and Jane. I can’t tell you how amazing you all were, your professionalism in every area was outstanding, every member of your staff have been so kind and sincere. I’m so pleased we left the choice of Lizzie’s coffin to you, it was perfect. I’m not just saying this I really mean every word and I hope you take it as a compliment to you all. Please pass on my gratitude to Judy who performed the ceremony just as we requested, and to receive the ribboned order of service and accompanying item means so much to me, ie pictures etc.Lastly Ann thank you x. From walking into your offices initially you made it all so easy for us, you truly are a wonderful lady.
