I wanted to say how pleased Elly and I were with Mike’s funeral on Friday. Not surprisingly, we weren’t looking forward to it, but you and your team helped make it a lot easier for us. 

We would like to thank you and Hollowells for the care you have taken of Mike and the support that you have given us throughout the last few weeks. It really has made a difference at such a difficult time in our lives. I have to say that the way you conducted yourself and your team on Friday was so professional and respectful, and that was so important to us.
