Just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone at Hollowells for Dad’s funeral. 

It all went very smoothly thanks to everyone’s help. One of my relatives from Scotland commented “how nice and professional” you all were ! (although one of the coffin bearers was unshaven, that did let Hollowells down a tiny bit.)

Being able to book the funeral flowers, the caterer and use your room for the wake, as well as the funeral itself…And pay for it all under one invoice will make payment from Dad’s Estate a breeze ! 

(Please pass on my thanks to the caterer for the lovely food : everyone said the scones were fab!)

(Please also thank the florist who provided a lovely casket spray.)

I was also very impressed that you liaised with the church, vicar, grave diggers etc to get dates when everyone would be available… even before I arrived to choose the casket or book a date ! : it made an unhappy situation a lot easier to bear.

I also want to thank Keith, in Design department for coming up with a lovely Order of Service and interpreting my ideas beautifully. 

In fact, everyone I dealt with at Hollowells was friendly and professional.
