As a family we have been so grateful to your staff in the arrangements for my Mother’s funeral. From the start when we first met Ann O’Neill we have felt that we were listened to as to our wishes. Everything was done to make the organisation as stress free as possible, particularly when we were feeling upset. All the family and other attendees at the service said how lovely it all was. We would especially like to thank Ann, Andrew Fox ,who took so much trouble to get to know us and my Mum and to the organist on the day. The staff in the office were so helpful in putting together the order of service and making sure it was all correct.
