I would just like to take the opportunity to send you my heartfelt thanks for the fantastic service your company provided following my Dads sudden passing last month. Our funeral director, Ann, was outstanding – I have never had to deal with anything like this before and being an only child felt a little out of my depth. Ann was kind and supportive all the way through the process, giving me all the right advice and guidance when I needed it. She comforted me and laughed with me and is a credit to your business.
