Hi Tracey, just a line or two to say an enormous THANK YOU for everything you have done for our family over the last few weeks. You have made our lives so much better and simpler, and taken the stress out of proceedings. Your staff and everyone involved have been wonderful, helpful, thoughtful and calm. I just got home to find the beautiful Orchid that you sent, I  just hope my green fingers manage to nurture it and keep it alive. Alicia would have loved it too, it was one of her favourite plants.
