I was so pleased that Amy was my contact at Hollowells. She always struck the right note. She was professional,  organised and efficient but also compassionate, kind, dignified and understanding. I had complete faith that she would do a good job for me on a very difficult day and she did and this helped me to cope.  Keith was also helpful in organising the order of service and Obitus tribute.
