My Daughter and I wish to thank Hollowell’s for a perfectly executed funeral for our late wife and mother Veronica.

Without doubt your company is head and shoulders above the other Funeral Directors in Northampton ,and we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to other families in the future .

Special mention should be made for the excellent service given throughout by Janene ,also the two Gentleman who came to our home soon after Veronica’s passing .

What can I say, well I think you are all amazing people. This is the second funeral you have done for my family, the other being Mum’s husband some six years ago. I honestly can say I felt at ease, albeit distraught at the loss of my mum, but somehow the people involved made us feel calm and able to collate everything. The surroundings too are beautiful and restful. Trudi on the reception area was lovely too and very understanding when I lost control one day. She made me feel that it was quite natural rather than making me feel silly. I knew in my heart that you were doing the very best for my Mum; from collecting her from Cumbria to looking after her when she arrived with you. That was so comforting. I would thoroughly recommend the services you provide to anyone; it was simple; flawless and done with the utmost respect for all concerned. Just a huge thankyou from all the family for everything. Words don’t come close. People should know how great you are.

I wanted to write to express my thanks to you Ann and your staff and Jane. I can’t tell you how amazing you all were, your professionalism in every area was outstanding, every member of your staff have been so kind and sincere. I’m so pleased we left the choice of Lizzie’s coffin to you, it was perfect. I’m not just saying this I really mean every word and I hope you take it as a compliment to you all. Please pass on my gratitude to Judy who performed the ceremony just as we requested, and to receive the ribboned order of service and accompanying item means so much to me, ie pictures etc.Lastly Ann thank you x. From walking into your offices initially you made it all so easy for us, you truly are a wonderful lady.
