My daughters and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and all your staff for organising my husband’s funeral. Everything went very smoothly as arranged and this was due to the professionalism, commitment and dedication of all your staff and for this we are very grateful. In particular, we would like to thank Keith for his help and patience in preparing the visual tribute and Amy, who officiated on the day, for her support and care. We were also very grateful to you for choosing Jayne Harcock as the celebrant. She was so warm and friendly and went above and beyond her call of duty. She made what was a very sad day for us, something we can treasure and look back on with intense pride and gratitude. So many people remarked to us how beautiful the service was and this was all down to you and your staff, so thank you.
