We would like to thank you for your very thoughtful organisation of Mum‘s funeral. It was all carried out discreetly with great sensitivity and calm and with a caring and compassionate attitude to her and us the family. We really appreciated the personal touch of you directing the proceedings yourself Paul. We were positively struck by the journey via Mum’s house for one last time on the way to the Crematorium. We could not have asked for better in all. We would like to praise you and your staff for the warm and considerate dealings with us at all times during the entire process. We were moved by the gift of the orchid and Practical Guide of Losing a Loved One. Everything had the personal and caring touch of Paul and leaves a very strong and positive impression with us. In addition, we would like to thank the caterers whose food was praised by all. It was a good spread and quiche and cheesecake were particularly favoured. The quantities were just right, too. The flowers we ordered were magnificent, beautifully done, both spray and posy. Both seemed to express joy and celebration – just what we had hoped for.
