Just a note to say thank you for the lovely funeral organised by Hollowells for my mother (Mrs. Trafford) on 04.06.26.

Our funeral director was Janene Hart who was helpful, efficient, compassionate and couldn’t do enough for us. She even organised for my eldest son to view my mother and say his goodbye on the morning of the funeral. As my son was away at university when my mother died and did not get back until the evening before the funeral.

The funeral service run smoothly without any issues and Hollowells & Janene made a very sad occasion into a fitting and memorable goodbye.

Our thanks also to  Keith Balbi in the Design dept who was able to restore some very old  photos for the Order of Service and also to the reception staff who were always friendly and helpful.
