Met with Tracey just before Christmas to discuss our wants and needs for my mum’s funeral. What a compassionate, empathetic person she is. We discussed so much, my mum, her life, her jobs, sense of humour, my brother and his family, the dog. There was no rush to get everything sorted and out the door. It didn’t end there, several times between initial meeting and the service Tracey checked in on me to see how I was bearing up. Tracey recommended a minister to carry out the service, Trish, she couldn’t have recommended anybody better, and EVERYONE has said she delivered a beautiful service….which she did! On the day Amy called me to introduce herself and let me know she would be looking after us and to just finalise everything for the cars arriving at my house. Everything was perfect, if you can say such a thing about a funeral. I would just like to say that all the staff at Hollowells who looked after us on the day, and looked after mum while she was in their care, are an absolute credit to the business. Oh and thank you to Amy for that hug when you finally delivered us to the wake and ensured we were all okay before you left…. it was very much needed! So from us all……a very big thank you

Since the moment that we first met to begin to organise mum’s funeral, you brought great comfort and support to a difficult situation. Having to make decisions about things that I never thought I’d be having to make yet, was made easier with your guidance and experience. At each stage, you explained the process step by step and at every point you were there on hand to ensure we were fully supported.
Every time we met, your friendly smile, reassuring wink and comforting hug brought great comfort. Knowing that you were by my side each step of the way was reassuring. Thank you for helping us to give mum the best send off that we could have possibly given her. Your expertise and your personal touch made a difficult situation manageable. I’m sure that mum would have felt very flattered with how special she was made to feel.
