Dear Tracey and the team at Hollowells

I wanted to write to sincerely thank you all for the incredible care, kindness and support you have shown me, not only recently with my Grandad’s funeral but previously with my Grandma as well.

Tracey, I cannot thank you enough personally for everything you did.  Your compassion, patience, reassurance, and warmth helped me more than I can properly put into words during such difficult times. You consistently went above and beyond and knowing I was being supported who truly cared made such a difference.

To the whole team at Hollowell’s, during such a difficult and emotional time, your kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a huge difference to us all.  Everything was handled with such dignity and genuine care.

Even on the day itself, I honestly do not think I could have got through it without the support (particularly Amy)
