“Having used you for our Parents’ funerals many years ago, I had no hesitation in asking you to deal with my husband’s funeral when he passed away recently. Everything – including our special wishes – was dealt with in your unique special way and David Phillips was so attentive and caring. Not only that but all the little ‘extras’ were above and beyond and helped to make the whole experience much more bearable.
