I wanted to say how amazing Hollowells were yesterday for mum’s funeral simply outstanding, professional and kind, Janine was incredible and spurred me on with doing my reading for mum. The whole team were amazing and mum and us were in great hands.  16 years ago you actually looked after us when my dad passed away, we then were blown away with your service and personal detail, so much that joined the support groups. So, when we knew my beautiful mum was poorly it was always Hollowells  and mum’s wishes too. I was also blown away which I mentioned to Tracey was when the private ambulance arrived for mum, the two guys were so respectful and said to my 19 year old son don’t worry we will take great care of her now. That meant the world to me. So thank you from the bottom of my heart.
